Fastsource were employed to undertake the earthworks package for a mixed Social and private housing development in Askern, Doncaster for Strategic Team Group Ltd.

The scheme comprised of:

Top soil strip, 5000mᶟ of cut and fill works, crushing site won limestone to a type 1 specification and the removal of 17,000mᶟ of inert soils to a licensed facility.

The scheme was based heavily on value engineering where possible in order to meet the clients budget requirements.

The site was completed successfully within budget and to the required programme.
